    I don’t eat meat – it has been a conscious choice of mine for a few years now. I try to ensure that my diet consists of simple, easily accessible products. I believe that cooking should be a pleasure, but a mindful one. That’s why I follow a vegetarian diet and couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s designed for anyone looking for meat-free meals designed to boost energy and provide all the necessary nutrients. Mindful eating also involves observing your body and staying in regular contact with a nutritionist, which, in the case of Peater, is available in-app at any time. I’m rooting for everyone who starts taking care of their diet! <3
