Peater Diet App – Basic Information
A diet app is a great motivator for introducing healthy habits at your own pace. Using it helps you maintain discipline and consistency in achieving your goals. Since it tracks your progress, you can continuously monitor your achievements and always know where you are in your plan.
Peater calculates your caloric needs and selects recipes that match your goal, preferences, and cooking skills. You also gain flexible options to swap ingredients and meals, constant access to a dietitian, and VIDEO workouts. All this is available in one intuitive app on your phone, always within reach.
One day of catering costs much more than an entire month with Peater. Moreover, when you choose boxed catering, you don’t have full control over what you eat.
One of the most important advantages of using Peater is learning healthy habits – you discover new dishes, test recipes, track your daily water intake, and monitor your physical activity. This helps you develop healthy behaviors that can stay with you for the long term. Catering may be convenient, but once you stop using it, you are back to square one – not knowing how to cook, what to eat, or in what quantities.
Peater provides you with an individual approach. In our app, you can adjust the diet to your food preferences, the goals you set for yourself, and the health issues you may be dealing with. Swapping a meal or ingredients you don’t like is no problem at all. This way, you can modify your diet at any time and adapt it to your lifestyle. You simply eat what you enjoy!
Ready-made diets from the internet, on the other hand, are created for hundreds of people. They cannot guarantee you a personalized approach. You get ready-made recipes, the composition of which you cannot influence, or you have to figure it out yourself. An online ready-made meal plan will also be repetitive. Yet a diet should be diverse and tailored to you and your needs. With Peater, this is possible.
A single visit to a dietitian costs more than using Peater for several months. Contact with a professional dietitian can, however, be an important form of support. That’s why with Peater you get two in one – a personalized nutrition plan and access to a clinical dietitian whenever you need it.
Peater guarantees you a comprehensive approach. In addition to a database of over 2,000 dietitian-balanced meals, the app generates practical shopping lists for you and suggests alternatives for ingredients you don’t like or can’t eat.
With Peater, you track your progress, calories consumed and burned, as well as your water intake. You also receive meal reminders. In addition, you can use the video training module and even add your own workouts – the database includes over 100 sports disciplines. Whenever you have doubts, you can reach out to a professional dietitian.
It’s not just an app for counting calories – Peater takes care of you in a holistic way and supports you at every stage of your nutrition plan.
While using Peater, you naturally build good habits: you learn to prepare healthy meals, take care of hydration, and stay physically active. You gain knowledge about what a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle should look like. The habits you learn with Peater and incorporate into your life can be sustained even after you finish the program.
The main benefit is developing proper eating habits that will stay with you even after you finish your journey with Peater.
By following a balanced diet, you will certainly experience positive health effects – you’ll enjoy better well-being and more energy. You’ll also be sure that your body receives all the essential nutrients. Consciously monitoring your diet helps you maintain a healthy weight or – if needed – lose excess kilograms, which directly translates into health benefits.
Absolutely – if that’s what you want. In Peater, you set your goal (e.g., weight loss). Then the app creates a personalized nutrition plan for you that will help you achieve your desired results. Peater supports you throughout the entire weight loss process – it adapts the diet to your needs and tracks your progress. All this happens at your own pace, without unnecessary restrictions, prohibitions, or obligations.
Of course. With Peater, you can adapt your diet to yourself and take into account allergies, intolerances, and other dietary preferences. In the app, you can choose from ready-made plans that consider special needs, such as a gluten-free diet, a diabetic diet, or a diet for people with Hashimoto’s disease.
Additionally, Peater provides flexibility in meal composition and offers the ability to make changes according to your preferences and lifestyle. Ingredients you don’t want to eat can easily be swapped for others.

2. Recommended daily caloric intake to achieve your goal: This includes the calories in your meal plan plus the calories burned during exercise. To reach this target, you can, for example, add snacks to your diet to balance the calories burned during workouts.
