Hi, my name is Olga 🙂 I model professionally and work at a creative agency. As a teenager, I was overweight, which enormously affected my self-esteem and self-acceptance. That’s until, I decided it was time for a change! Thanks to consistent efforts, I was able to achieve great results. I lost weight, and now I feel amazing!

I tried many diets and workouts to reach my goals. I know very well how hard it is to begin, plan your meals and count calories. I’ve learned firsthand what works and what doesn’t. That’s why I decided to share my experiences and help others on their challenging journey to success.

Peater offers 19 different diets in individually adjusted calorie versions. I chose the high-protein diet. Despite the many myths surrounding it, I am a perfect example that it really works! Its biggest advantage is fast weight loss without the yo-yo effect. A properly composed meal plan provides a feeling of satiety, which helps me avoid snacking between meals.
The high-protein diet supports muscle building and reduces the risk of injury. It ensures the body receives the right balance of macronutrients and an adequate amount of protein. It is effective, yet varied, healthy, and tasty!
